QA Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst to join a public sector and play a key role in the ongoing success of their app which is a high-impact mobile product. This is a unique opportunity to influence the quality, accessibility, and performance of a mission-critical public platform used daily across the state.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for native mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing scripts, supporting stakeholders, and reporting outcomes.
  • Identify, document, and prioritise defects with clear reproduction steps while working closely with external vendors to triage and validate fixes.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across mobile platforms to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Support release validation and production smoke testing while maintaining clear documentation of test results and release readiness.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:
  • Demonstrated experience as a QA Analyst specifically testing native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
  • Proficiency with mobile device testing tools, emulators, simulators, and mobile-native test automation frameworks.
  • Strong experience executing structured test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and working with third-party development partners.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), release management processes, and defect tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and standards, including experience using device accessibility tools like screen readers.
